Rafat’s love for art began in his school days where he was determined to enter the College of Fine and Applied Art in Khartoum. Rafat creates abstract art depicting scenes of the market and everyday life around him. Although he is capable of creating strong works using watercolour, he has grown very fond of using oil paints to depict his inspirations.
